1Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Silent Script Innovations, you agree to these Terms of Service. A valid rental agreement must be signed before any equipment is dispatched. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the point of delivery until pickup is confirmed by our logistics team.

2Rental Rates & Payment

All rental rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Rates shown on our website are base rates and may vary based on delivery location, rental duration, and equipment availability. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless a corporate net-terms agreement has been pre-approved.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are available
• Accepted methods: Credit Card, ACH, Wire Transfer, Check
• Late payment incurs a 1.5% monthly finance charge
• A security deposit may be required for first-time renters

3Equipment Care & Liability

The renter is responsible for proper care and operation of the equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and our Safety Guidelines. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter at fair market repair cost.

• Return equipment clean and in the same condition as received
• Report any mechanical issues immediately via our 24/7 hotline
• Unauthorized modifications to equipment are strictly prohibited
• Sub-renting equipment to third parties is not permitted

4Insurance Requirements

All renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Silent Script Innovations as loss payee and additional insured prior to equipment delivery. Minimum coverage limits apply. Alternatively, renters may opt into our Damage Waiver program at 10% of the rental fee.

5Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a mobilization fee. Early returns do not qualify for prorated refunds unless specified in the rental agreement. Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.

6Limitation of Liability

Silent Script Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use, including but not limited to project delays, lost revenue, or property damage caused by operator error. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the specific equipment in question.

7Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, IL. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.
